Before Lucy’s Desk existed, I was the person curating the perfect playlist for a road trip, planning out detailed itineraries, and always keeping everyone organized (with snacks, of course).
I didn’t know it back then, but I was already flexing the same skills I use every day now as a Virtual Assistant.
✈️ From Travel Plans to Business Plans
I’ve always loved the puzzle of logistics — coordinating schedules, managing moving pieces, making sure everything flows smoothly. Whether it was planning trips, organizing events, or helping friends map out big projects, I found joy in creating structure out of chaos.
It wasn’t about being “perfectly organized” (spoiler: no one really is), but about creating calm for myself and the people around me.
🎶 The Playlist Mindset
Building a great playlist isn’t just about picking songs — it’s about knowing the vibe, the energy shifts, and the experience you want to create. Supporting business owners isn’t much different.
Every client has a unique rhythm. My job is to listen carefully, learn their style, and build systems that support their flow — whether that’s managing client onboarding, organizing projects, or keeping their inbox from turning into a black hole.
💻 Why I Started Lucy’s Desk
When I started working with entrepreneurs, I realized how often small business owners were carrying everything themselves — doing incredible work, but drowning in admin, overwhelmed by the back-end, and running on fumes.
I wanted to be the steady hand behind the scenes. The person who makes sure things don’t fall through the cracks. The one who helps you feel like, “Ahh — finally, someone’s got this.”
Lucy’s Desk was built on that heart: ✅ Calm. ✅ Consistency. ✅ Support that feels personal.
💜 Who I Support
Today, I help solo entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and small business owners who want to spend more time in their business and less time stuck in the weeds.
I believe that delegation isn’t about losing control — it’s about gaining freedom. And I’m here to help make that happen.
If you’ve been looking for that kind of support, my (virtual) door is always open. 👉 Let’s chat
